Return and Refund Policy for The Gryphons' Nest

Thank you for shopping with Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy at The Gryphons' Nest! We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchases. Please review our return and refund policy, which applies to items fulfilled by our print-on-demand vendors and those stocked in our inventory.

1. Print-on-Demand Items

  • Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items, they are made to order and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Print-on-Demand Items
      • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect print-on-demand item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email thegryphonsnest@tjca.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and any visible issues.
      • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the item.

2. Inventory Items

  • For inventoried items (in-stock, non-customized), we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the item is in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

      • Contact us at thegryphonsnest@tjca.org with your order number and reason for return. After approval, please send the item back to our provided return address.
      • Refunds for inventoried items will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Print-on-Demand Orders: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet begun production. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
  • Inventory Orders: Orders of in-stock items may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at thegryphonsnest@tjca.org if you wish to cancel your order.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. For print-on-demand items, the refund will be processed once the issue is verified; for inventory items, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Sizing Issues

  • Sizing for print-on-demand items varies by vendor. Please check the sizing chart provided on each product page before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the item does not match the specifications provided in our sizing chart.

6. Shipping Issues

  • If your item is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking or resolving the issue. However, shipping delays beyond our control may impact delivery times.
